- • Because we stayed on Saturday night, on Sunday there was a long queue for breakfast. We did not get enough time to have a proper breakfast. It was very disappointing.

- • The payment method is unclear, and upon closer inspection, it is discovered that if the guest is not vigilant, they may be deceived. This is my second stay with them, and every time during payment, there are incidents indicating deception and fraud.

I had a wonderful experience at Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and beautifully with a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived.
