Very bad. Did not enjoy the expected service. Check-in was a disaster, there were broken lights in the room. The hotel had no remedies.
Convenient location. The Taikoo Hui shopping mall is downstairs, making shopping and dining very convenient.

- • Front desk professionalism: On the same day, we arrived at the hotel around six in the afternoon (yes, in the afternoon!) only to be told that our reserved room was still being cleaned. They completely disregarded the fact that we had traveled for over four hours with a baby from another city and urgently needed to put our things down, change the baby's clothes and diapers, etc. The front desk directly suggested that we go eat first, which made me laugh in anger, as if a one-and-a-half-year-old baby could just go to the restaurant and order food to eat directly. Such professionalism left me, a person who had spent a month doing postpartum confinement in Shenzhen, extremely disappointed in this hotel. During this time, the front desk did not offer us any other options, such as changing the room type or floor. Was it because they were lazy or they really didn't think about it? Room facilities: Finally got into the room, and the light above the dining table was broken. Okay, a room that we could only enter after seven o'clock, and there were still faulty facilities inside. Can you understand that feeling? If we were a couple at that moment, we wouldn't have any complaints about what happened before. But with a baby, the exhaustion was magnified tenfold, and your hotel added another burden on our shoulders. Also, the hotel was indifferent, showing no empathy, and the fruit platter had only four sad oranges. There was no chocolate on the bed the next night. So, is your good attitude reserved for specific customers? Hotel facilities: The water in the water pavilion next to the swimming pool was smelly... Swimming while smelling that bad odor was a terrible experience. After this experience, at least for the mo in Guangzhou, we will never go back.
