A youth hostel with a high cost-performance ratio, you can feel the attentive management. The front desk staff is very friendly! The entire hostel is spacious with many doors, carrying key cards for entry and exit, and card swiping for security. The bathrooms are large and clean, with regular cleaning records on the walls. There are no peculiar smells in the entire youth hostel, the kitchen is clean, and the hallways are bright. There is a hairdryer in the female dorm hallway! I happened to stay far from the door, so I wasn't disturbed by the opening and closing of doors.

- • The location is very good, the only small drawback is a very steep slope, but it's okay, just a bit tiring to push the luggage up when checking in. Overall, highly recommended

- • There are hardly any seasonings in the kitchen. The fridge is overflowing with items and a bit inconvenient to use.
Guido at the front counter was so nice and made checking in super easy! It was also very clean and pretty quiet! Super close to CBD!

Overall 9.99 out of 10. 0.01 point off for my slightly sore neck
The location and staff were wonderful and the room was great. The bathrooms were clean and there was always some available. I liked how the areas were sectioned for privacy.

- • It feels so minor, but I really could have done with another pillow in my room. Maybe it's my age, but I found only having one pillow a wee bit uncomfortable.
Pleasant enough stay in a good location
The location was good and the staff was nice and helpful. The showers/bathrooms and kitchen facilities were pretty good and it generally seemed clean.

- • The beds were too soft and the room seemed very worn down, the common facilities seemed in better shape though. It was nice that parking was available, but would have been nicer if it didn't cost extra.
