The resort is lovely. I hope they can bring the main restaurant up to five star standards.

- • Restaurant food was terrible. We ate at the restaurant next to the main lobby for dinner one night and breakfast one morning. For dinner, I ordered Nasi Goreng (Bali’s favorite dish), and it comes with two grilled prawns. The prawns were cold, the sauce on them had no flavor. I only ate one prawn. I also ordered duck spring rolls as an appetizer and the oil they are fried in must not be hot enough because the fry oil was still oozing out of the rolls. Oil everywhere. For the breakfast visit, I ordered an omelette made to order at the buffet. I asked for medium to well done eggs. The inside of the omelette was pretty runny and I ended up with salmonella poisoning later that day which was our day to travel home on three flights totaling 24 hours on planes. It was a horrible trip home.
Beautiful resort with amazing service!
My family and I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. Amazing food options and the most welcoming people!

An unforgettable stay made truly special by the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, va
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and extremely well maintained, with stunning surroundings and a really relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with plenty of choice and everything we tried was delicious and halal. The facilities were fantastic, and there was always something to enjoy whether we wanted to relax or explore. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how genuinely helpful the staff were. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, which made a huge difference. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay and one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, excellent service and a truly relaxing experience. We will definitely be coming back! ❤️
