- • The lighting, deco is too dark. Shower not enclosed, need all the towels to dry floor. They offer incentive to recycle towels but they are needed for the floor.

- • Honestly not worth the money. There was nothing extra for the price, cheap coffee, one ply toilet paper etc. The bed was uncomfortable and a weird erratic noise came from the ventilation. There was no comfy place to sit even though there was plenty of room for a lounge chair or sofa. Instead there was an ottoman style bench that we used for the bags. I was disappointed.

5 star at its best!
Staff, restaurant, breakfast, room, amenities, everything was spectacular! At the price we paid, it felt like a bargain! We were in NZ for over 3 weeks, best hotel we stayed in! Everyone exceeded beyond our high expectations, and I’m not one for being easily pleased!
