Great potential, but poor maintenance and slow service negatively affected our stay.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful sea view. We also love the beach. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant by the sea. Jolie was extremely helpful, listened to our concerns, and genuinely tried to improve our experience by arranging a complimentary airport transfer and providing a lunch box.

- • We booked this hotel because we had a perfect stay at the Sunrise Diamond Hotel last year. Since both properties belong to the Sunrise hotel group and this hotel had excellent ratings, we expected another fantastic experience. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The service was extremely slow throughout our stay. It seemed that the hotel was understaffed, and many employees appeared overwhelmed and overburdened. Although the staff members were clearly doing their best, there simply didn’t seem to be enough personnel to provide efficient service. The pool area could also be improved. There was neither a place to change towels nor a nearby restroom, which was inconvenient. In addition, the pools were not very clean and could have been maintained better. We also noticed water dripping from the air conditioning unit in the main restaurant. Overall, while there were several aspects we appreciated, the hotel’s maintenance and staffing issues significantly affected our experience.
The staff was kind and helpful. I would like to thank the restaurant staff in particular for doing everything to ensure I didn't have to give up anything due to my gluten sensitivity. The hotel environment was elegant and always clean and tidy. I especially liked the Adults Only pool, where my family and I could fully relax.

Very beautiful structure with all the necessary services. Suitable for both children and adults. Super entertainment (Alex, Masha, Paola, Michela) and the hotel boys were also very good (Kashar was very helpful). Fulvia is a very good singer and very kind. We had a great time and hope to return here!

- • Some work in the structure during the day, but without noise. And probably allowed to keep the structure always in order.

We stayed at the Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort and were really very satisfied. The structure is very beautiful, well-kept, and offers many services, with pools for all tastes, a private beach, entertainment for adults and children, and several restaurants/refreshment points. A strong point is definitely the staff: always kind and helpful. A special mention certainly goes to the guys Ehab from the bar/kiosk of the 16+ pool and Hassan, the 'guardian' of the 16+ pool, always super helpful and attentive to maintaining an area of maximum comfort and absolute relaxation. The cleanliness is also excellent both in the rooms, with the possibility of daily cleaning/arrangement in the rooms, and in this case, always a special mention to the boy who served our floor! The common areas are well maintained. The location is ideal for enjoying the sea and relaxing, but also for organizing excursions and activities outside the resort. The beach is always well maintained and clean, and the three guys who take care of it are very kind and always smiling, especially the guy at the beach bar/kiosk always smiling! Absolutely try at least once during your stay a dinner at the Indian and Thai restaurant, really excellent! For the rest, the food is good, you can certainly find something that suits your tastes, there are several choices.

Nice. But some getting used to compared to resorts elsewhere around the world.

- • Broken TV. Paid way too much for scuba diving excursion.
The resort is extremely beautiful and wonderful, and thanks to all those responsible for the management and all the staff. I really enjoyed everything.
