I had an overall excellent stay at the hotel; everything was wonderful and up to high standards. I would especially like to commend the staff—everyone was incredibly helpful, polite, and cooperative to the highest degree. However, I would like to share some specific feedback regarding the dining experiences for future improvement: 1. Noura Restaurant: Grilled Meat: It was very tough, dry, and quite difficult to chew. Shrimp: It was cooked in a strange way and tasted sub-par. Dessert Buffet: The selection was repetitive and remained exactly the same for every meal, day after day. The gateau options weren't the best in taste, and it would have been much better to include other options like cakes (tortes) to offer some variety and quality. 2. Thai Restaurant: The food tasted absolutely amazing and flavorful. However, the only downside was the noticeable delay in service; it took an hour or even longer for the food to be served. Overall, the hotel is excellent and the service is great. I hope management takes these dining points into consideration to make the experience truly perfect

Stunning resort. Fantastic pool and view and rooms and staff. 🤩
The staff are awesome. Gamal manager at reception WhatsApp me before the holiday and sorted everything by text. Late checkout printing boarding cards sorting taxis. Checking in we are ok. Perfect gentleman The pool and the service and food is outstanding. We loved this place and I can’t recommend it enough

Relaxing vacation
Friendly and helpful staff, very large and clean room. The 6 à la carte restaurants can be booked for free via the application and the food is good. The animation is very soft, relaxing atmosphere

- • Access to the sea from the beach is difficult due to the presence of rocks/stones, beautiful instead from the jetty, even if the reef is not the best, I would say acceptable
Excellent hotel, the restaurants make very good food, the staff is wonderful, very good service, especially the Hotel employee called 'badeea' is a very good man.
