- • Poor cost-benefit ratio. The room was disappointing. The bathroom had a horrible smell. A shame because the hotel is beautiful.

- • No bidet in any of the rooms, very unpleasant smell in WX DESPITE BEING REPORTED SEVERAL TIMES, WATER OVERFLOWING EVERY TIME FROM THE SHOWER. COLD IN THE ROOM ALWAYS EMPTY EXCEPT FOR 2 SMALL COURTESY WATER BOTTLES, POOL: LADDER TO GET OUT OF THE WATER: 3 STEPS MISSING, SAUNA: CLIENTS NOT USING TOWELS, NO WATER BUCKET IN THE POOL, NO TUB OR WATERFALL TO USE AFTER SAUNA, ONLY 1 SMALL SHOWER IN THE SAUNA AREA, BAR OPENING AT 10:30 AM ONLY, 2 COGNACS ETC.
