We stayed at The Bellevue Resort Panglao and, overall, had a very pleasant stay. Our room was comfortable, the property was beautiful, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and accommodating. We also truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but the quality and variety didn’t quite meet our expectations for a five-star resort. The hotel’s transportation to and from the airport or ferry port was convenient, although it was somewhat expensive. The only major disappointment was the private sightseeing tour we booked through the resort’s on-site tour company. We hired a private driver for 4–5 hours to explore Panglao and part of Tagbilaran City, hoping to learn more about the area. Unfortunately, from the beginning, it felt like the driver had little interest in giving us a tour. He wasn’t very engaging, and although we asked if he could show us different barangays and interesting neighborhoods, the experience felt uninspired. To his credit, he did show us two interesting restaurants and a local market, but beyond that, the tour felt awkward and lacked enthusiasm. Rather than sharing information about the area or introducing us to local highlights, it seemed like he was simply driving around to pass the time. We even got the impression that he couldn’t wait to bring us back to the resort. We paid ₱4,000, plus a tip, for a 4–5-hour private tour. After only about 3 hours and 20 minutes, the driver asked if we wanted to return to the hotel. By then, it was obvious he wasn’t interested in continuing the tour, so we agreed to go back. While this experience was disappointing, it reflects our experience with the on-site tour company rather than the resort itself.

Very good, happy with our stay. The evening buffets are overpriced but there are only three food choices

EXCEPTIONAL staff, great location and good food!
Hotel location was great! Walking distance to MoAD mall strip. Food was good too! Staff were amazing, very courteous and accommodating! :)

We had a great time at Bellevue, leaving us with happy memories that will last a lifetime :)
The staff were fantastic and so happy and friendly. The food was superb and though there was plenty of vegetarian food, they went out of their way to give us more. The entertainment was amazing, no need to go to Alona Beach, everything you need is right here.
