Great service and the hotel itself
Service, very polite staff. The concierge was excellent - a man from Slovenia (unfortunately, I didn't remember the name) was very helpful. Another concierge greeted me by name when I entered the hotel after a long walk, offered complimentary tea with treats when I came to pick up my luggage and wait for a taxi. Wonderful spa. The room was very cool. Overall, for this price - the hotel is just magnificent. Many pleasant details that were well thought out and enjoyable (chocolates, handwritten letter, room fragrance, politeness)

- • The air conditioning doesn't work very well; very cold. Bathroom with a huge window, very cold in the morning and evening; without a blackout curtain - very cold
I would stay here again. The hotel is lovely
The hotel staff were lovely as was our room. Love the location for a more quiet less hectic area not far from the chaos of town and sites. They provided us with a lovely boxed snack for our very early 4:00 a.m. checkout to the airport.

- • Had dinner our last night in their restaurant. I would say it was good but not great. My son ordered the fish but it was a tiny portion.
Exceptional stay
Superb elegant hotel with refined decoration. The owner has a very beautiful collection of Roy Lichtenstein that he gladly shares with his guests. The location is ideal for visiting the museums of Vienna, while being very close to the historic center. A very caring staff, with a special thanks to Daniel who was attentive throughout our stay. Very comfortable rooms. Very well-kept breakfasts. Plus: coffee served graciously in the room all day.
