Modern hotel with very elegant local style in the middle of Taroko National River Park with excellent dining and a multitude of activities or services. Excellent room.

Overall, this was a beautiful place to stay and appreciate the surrounding nature of Taroko Gorge. The facilities at the hotel were excellent and the staff were extremely professional and polite. Would highly recommend staying here for relaxation and quick access to the beauty in Taroko Gorge. They also provided a very good shuttle service to and from the Haulien Train Station.

- • The buffet for dinner was unfortunately not good. The lunch restaurant was excellent; however, it is not open for dinner. Also, the dinner was quite expensive by Taiwanese standards ($50 per person). In hindsight, I wouldn't have bought the buffet and would have tried to find food nearby.
