Excellent family stay. The hotel was fully booked during our stay, but we never felt it was overcrowded, which is really appreciable. The spaces are pleasant, the facilities are very good, and everything is well organized. We had a very good week and would gladly return.

- • Our room faced the road and we could hear some traffic noise in the evening. However, it was quite bearable and did not really bother us during our stay.

Very good overall
Excellent apartment, spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom with no pressure or temperature issues. Everything nearby, very clean facilities. Very clean pools. Parking next to the apartment. Good supermarket. If you go with kids, it's a good place, family-friendly. There are several pools and we had no problems any day to find sun loungers.

- • The buffet, a bit basic and the food overly spiced, quite repetitive. Bad image that you have to pay separately for drinks (whatever it is, even water). The entertainment is somewhat bland. Laundry is not 24 hours as in other stays and only two washing machines and one dryer.

- • The buffet is limited, always the same, in other hotels they have much more variety and water is not charged while here it is, the coffee is terrible from a university machine
Perfect for families with children, quiet area close to the hustle and bustle without being bothered by anyone

Everything about this place is spot on! The hotel itself is always clean and the splash pools for the kids are fantastic. The location is excellent, 10 mins from the old town and close to the beach as well. Top all that off with a staff that are so friendly and always willing to help. No wonder we've been 3 times now!

The Resort is spacious, offers many options, has many pools and activities. It has supermarkets, restaurants. Close to two beautiful beaches. Attentive staff always ready to help. I loved the Disney activity they have for children.

- • The only thing that bothered me a bit was the condition of the room where we stayed, it could use some investment to fix or change a few things like the shower curtain or the shower itself
