Top notch hotel
It was a real pleasure staying in this hotel. The suites have ample space and are luxurious. Having a butler who is responsive and who took care of our needs was very convenient. Hotel staff are obviously well trained and polite that service is impeccable. The facilities top notch complimented but excellent food choice and qualityt. The complimentary high tea and cocktail was a real treat and sums up the experience in a Raffles Hotel.

Exceptional stay at the Legends Suite
Our experience at the Raffles Makati Legends Suites was spectacular. From check-in to check out, our stay was seamless. Our private butler, Marcel, was a standout, starting out stay with special cocktails at the room, and showed us around. The room was magical, with a view of Makati city, specious, and elegantly designed. Overall, our stay was exceptional. Highly recommended .

Rooms are very spacious and well designed. Outstanding service from the check-in process to the butler service (best feature of this hotel) to housekeeping. Very quiet; elegant hotel; and very personalized service. Everyone is so responsive and helpful from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. Staff greet you by your name. Problems are quickly addressed. Will be returning next month for another extended stay.
