- • The sound insulation on the third floor is extremely poor, with traffic noise outside. Not only is the external sound insulation poor, but the internal sound insulation is also extremely poor. Every movement in the neighboring room can be heard clearly, and the sound of the neighboring room walking around at night woke me up.
