Majority of the staff was friendly. I just didn’t like there was no consistent level of service; you have some that were so nice and others where you felt you were interrupting their cellphone time while they were supposed to be working...

Service was more than excellent.. place is gorgeous.. food and dining option was great.. you don’t pay any money over your cost of stay.. Dining was absolutely stunning and free with very fancy service. Expensive food options like Turkish and Brazilian food.. Mina in customer service was a big help.. Alaa Eldeen driving the gulf cart was nice and funny. Loved it and I strongly recommend it for anyone..

The property is lovely and with the exception of the front desk staff, everyone is professional, helpful, and polite. Unfortunately, where people should be this way, they are not -- the front reception Manager does not know how to manage customer complaints, he does not listen or seem to understand how to assist a customer in rectifying issues. The first thing that should be done is to apologize, then ask me what I want, or what I feel would make it better, etc. Don’t brush off the customer, make excuses, blow them off and help another customer. Also, the way to schedule dinner is also not effective. Beware if you are on a 5-day or less stay, be prepared to NOT eat in the restaurant of choice - you cannot pre-book, like you can with most all-inclusives. You may not book until you check in with a room assignment.... good luck.

Hotel is large! Staff are polite and helpful, hotel is immaculate. The dining is not great. We ate in the fish, which was best by far for both dinner & lunch. We also ate at Mangle, Gusto the buffet & the Brazilian. The service at these four restaurants was awful. The food at the palm in the evening was cold, but well presented. Mangle (BBQ) the staff didn’t explain the process so sat there for a while… Gusto, food was ok but plates not cleared after each course and the Brazilian food was ok, staff weren’t that attentive. Premium brand drinks, but cocktails a bit hit and miss. Pool service again was hit and miss. Towels by the pool were better than the towels in the room, which could do with replacing. First time I’ve been AI for a while, & I now remember why I haven’t done it! Sorry to say not the best holiday. Also being so close to the airport you do have a few planes fly over, not constantly about 1/2 dozen each day.
