Paying for internet is the first time we've seen such a big downside. The animations were not very varied. The food was the same every day and not very tasty, especially the sweet items. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, the shows are good, and lastly, the blue umbrellas on the beach are ugly and don't provide any protection.

Overall a good resort. Extra charges for Mini Safe and internet (by device) were the only things that were a downside. Book a superior Room, they are much much better.

In contrast to most hotels, the club is built with low buildings, creating a family atmosphere. The rest is done by the staff. Then you have finally arrived among friends or even in a second home.

A very average hotel. Definitely not 5-star worthy. Food was not great. Rooms were poor. Very overcrowded for the size of the hotel.

Disappointing!
The aqua park was super fun for children of all ages. The animation team was also fun. The room was okay. Cleaning was very disappointing. Staff was very unfriendly. Asking for a simple 'hello' was too much! The food was the same every day. No variety. And during dinner, you really had to run to get a table inside. When we arrived, my son hit his head. We asked the reception ladies if they could get some ice so it wouldn't turn blue. They couldn't, but we could do it ourselves. We didn't know our way around and were very tired. We also left earlier because we were very disappointed in this hotel!

Hotel for volleyball players in May.
Everything is great! In May, it is intended for sports and active recreation. Even the sand from the body after games is washed off every day on the premises. Comfortable pools. You can confidently relax with children, everything is comfortable. Cons: the rooms are small, the air conditioners are directed towards the beds (strange). And the queue for omelets at breakfast was terribly annoying. Is it really that hard to have 3-4-5 people preparing them? Otherwise, excellent, the staff is friendly, and they also promptly helped to solve minor issues at the reception. Sometimes the cleaning was missed and they forgot to put something, but the hotel was fully booked. I vacationed with my family with two children in May.
