It was surprising to experience the check-in service at this five-star hotel. When we arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, we were asked to wait. After having a big lunch and returning after 3:00 pm, we were informed that the room was still not ready, resulting in another 30 minutes of waiting.

Celebrating my wife's 65th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary for 4 days. Both occasions were made special by the hotel staff.
The suite was fantastic and the hotel staff amazing. We celebrated our Ruby wedding anniversary at the hotel restaurant and were treated as special guests by all the staff on that day. The meal was made special for us by the restaurant staff, especially Andrew, who took care of us and made our celebration very special.
