The person who welcomed me was excellent, but it is a shame that the staff next to them was rude, not even saying hello and constantly talking among themselves, there is a real problem with the welcome because it is not the first time, with behavior bordering on arrogant. More attention should be paid to the quality of the welcome. Otherwise, the rooms are excellent.

We really appreciated the upgrade of our room as well as the special attention from the staff. The sports facilities, notably thanks to the David Lloyd room, were a real asset. We also had lunch at the restaurant and simply loved it
