Absurd
I don't know if it's just my reservation, but parking is not available in the basement of the accommodation. Public parking nearby costs 15,000 to 25,000 won per day. Additional parking fees apply. The bed mattress seems to be covered with vinyl plastic, no cushioning at all. It was the worst accommodation. However, the space is great, like a 40-50 square meter apartment.

This place is wonderful and very convenient.

The room was spacious and easy to use. It was equipped with kitchen utensils, tableware, cutlery, stove, pot, and refrigerator similar to a regular residence hotel, making it suitable for long stays. Maintenance was done properly, but I felt that the cleaning was slightly lacking. There were traces left after wiping and the bed making was sloppy. However, it still seemed new, so I didn't mind the slight lack of cleanliness. The system of simply leaving the room key card and leaving early in the morning (although a bit worrying) was convenient and helpful when I had to work early the next day. There were several dining options within walking distance, two convenience stores, and no inconvenience at all. It's a hotel I would like to stay at again and recommend to everyone!
