It was so good we just kept extending our stay!

- • Amazingly clean and very well thought through, kitchen and sitting area are great, rooms are lovely, really enjoyed the heater in the cold weather. The hot tub with a TV to watch on the tub is a great touch, free bike hire and access to Netflix!
The staff was lovely, she offered us free muffins on arrival and honestly her customer service was 100/10, also very attentive and polite, a very lovely lady.

- • The room I booked was much MUCH smaller in person, the bathroom/ensuite was so small your feet touched the shower door while you were on the toilet and the shower lost all heat mid-shower resulting in a very very cold and difficult time. Not to mention the shower was so small I could barely bend over to pick up my shampoo or conditioner inside it.

The modern facilities and complimentary goodies made this the perfect place to stay.
When we were greeted with a free buffet at reception, I knew this place would be special. From complementary soup to popcorn to coffee machines to soap to hair straighteners and beautiful facilities, this place has it all. AND a hot tub.

The property itself was perfect for our trip to the glaciers. It also lived up to its name (keas came visiting us in the morning).
