Great accommodation, at the top!

Basic is really basic

Although it's basic, there is no tissue paper anywhere except in the bathroom, you have to throw away the trash yourself... I came for a business trip but it might be a bit difficult to recommend, 2 nights for 247,500 won... it's too expensive even for a business card

Unclean bedding condition

New building/great location/some shortcomings

Advantages: Accommodation location, public transportation, many good restaurants, 10-minute walk to Dongseong-ro, feels like an officetel studio with washing machine, hairdryer, built-in refrigerator, laundry hanger, Netflix, induction coffee pot available. Disadvantages: Plates/cups/spoons/forks/pots, have to throw away the trash myself, parking fee, urine stains on the toilet seat cover, crumbs between the blanket and bed

Accommodation with clear pros and cons

Stayed briefly but will focus on pros and cons.

Pros: The accommodation is pretty. As satisfying as the photos, the cute props are beautiful. The location is good. It's near the station and also near Dongseong-ro, making it convenient for travel. The cleanliness is good. There is no place that feels dirty, such as bedding or the bathroom, and everything is well organized. Cons: Parking is charged. You have to use the mechanical parking lot on the premises and parking fee is not covered. You have to personally take out the trash. Despite the low room rate, the fact that you have to personally dispose of general/recyclable waste on the 1st floor is a downside for me. I didn't expect hotel-level service, but I'll write down a few regrets. I hope it helps others in choosing accommodation. Located in Dongseong-ro, it was convenient for food, shopping, and transportation. Also, it was nice to have a variety of food options even during late-night hours with Daegu Jongno right next to it.
