- • Unfortunately, our room was directly "above the bar". In the evening (Friday and Saturday) we could hear the music in our room until almost midnight. The next morning at 6:45 am we were then woken up again with jazz music. After reporting this, there was no music to be heard the next morning, but on the 3rd day unfortunately the same again. I would have liked to give the hotel 10 points, as I mentioned the staff and the location are great, but the "noise disturbance" did stress us a bit (we had even requested a quiet room).

This is a very small, very elegant hotel with incredible service. The staff are very generous with their time and with their amenities. My flights were cancelled and they were extremely kind and helpful. There are beautiful restaurants and bars on different floors. It is also an excellent location, near to the old city but not in it and close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

The manager tried really hard to make us welcome and ensure we enjoyed our stay. (which we appreciated). The spa was great, as was the complimentary meal on the roof terrace. The Mrs enjoyed the singer. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

- • Minor stuff, The room is all tech'd up, craved a normal light switch + the TV isn't great but they did have an iPad for Netflix's. I wasn't really clear we had a compliment meal or how they managed it which maybe more down to me not reading the full t&cs

Upon arrival the staff went above and beyond with making sure we were well taken care of. The level of respect and service, given by every staff member on this property, is top notch. No detail was left untouched. We will definitely return to Bari just to stay at Bra Hotel.
