- • We didn't arrive before the reception closing time, we called the reception and the man asked us to pay our tourist tax by giving him our credit card number over the phone before offering to send us a link... We asked if there was a gate, we were told no, but were surprised to find a barrier upon arrival! To exit the parking lot outside the reception opening hours, you have to give the QR code (which we received when entering the parking lot) to the hotel reception next door! No explanations are provided by the establishment!
