I am Sale for the first time taking guests to Lavender... and all my guests liked it... there is nothing they didn't like... Enthusiastic staff, friendly receptionist, kitchen servers are very attentive, clean hotel, good food, buffet breakfast OK suitable for the taste of the majority of guests... I am very satisfied with the hotel's owners who were very generous to the group when booking meals at the hotel... then free karaoke for everyone to have fun... 10 points but... next time I will bring another group here... you guys come to experience will surely like it like me...!!!

- • There is one thing I don't like: That is why I knew about this hotel so late... When you go to Bai Chay, Ha Long, remember to book early... not on weekends as the rooms are quickly sold out...

- • There was a late night party and could not sleep I found our room (405) is next to the lift and is not soundproof and you hear everything from outside the room Maybe other rooms are better I don’t know
