Good hotel potential but has short falls.
Nicely located hotel with great potential, but misses the mark in a couple areas. The room itself is nicely furnished to a point, but things like utensils and plates are additional cost you need to request. In addition, there is no real front desk and the location is shared with "Chestersons" so it's very confusing when checking in or getting help. When getting help you need to call a number. It was not clear you need to make reservations for breakfast and the staff from "Chestersons" will not help at all, even though they're all the same property. Family went hungry the first morning.

Unfortunately, it was not perfectly clean with some hair and stains from the previous occupants. It was not entirely clear to us in advance that it is more like an AirBnb. The hallways are also relatively noisy and not very clean. However, the service made a great effort to help us, even though we are not Asian tourists. The location, on the other hand, is good, with many restaurants and a convenience store nearby.

The location is close to good restaurants nearby, the sauna is clean, the room is clean except for too many people in the swimming pool, and parking is convenient.

Very good, undoubtedly the best accommodation for the price. There is no place like this in Sokcho.

It is a stay-type hotel with a room that even has a washing machine with a drying function. However, the hotel does not have a front desk, and only the room number and unlocking code are sent in an email. If you can clear that, it is a comfortable and good accommodation.

We had an amazing stay at Le Collective Sokcho Central. Space was clean, great communication and easy self check-in. Located within walking distance to the lakeside. Cafes nearby and close to bus stops. Would definitely stay again!

Check-in experience was a bit confusing, but customer service was quick with email and quickly clarified. Only a washer in the room and no utensils or plates. Only cups for coffee use. Slightly dirty floors. Overall good price and comfortable.
