There was no standard for amenities. Shampoo and lotion were located in the bathroom, and lotion and hand wash were at the sink. I requested body wash and conditioner after confirming if this was correct, but they did not bring it for 20 minutes. I received it after calling again. On the second day, the conditioner was missing again. Lotion, shampoo, and body wash were provided in the bathroom, and lotion and hand wash were provided at the sink. The conditioner was missing again. It seems that there is no standard for each cleaner. Also, most amenities were not replenished at check-in and were not replenished during the stay. It is understandable that they are not replenished during the stay, but they should have been replenished on the first day of check-in.

It seems that the room condition is good as it is a newly opened accommodation. It was clean and nice. However, in the case of the residence, there were insufficient signs inside buildings A and B, so it was difficult to find the way.

Oops!!
The shower drain was not cleaned, so the water did not drain properly during the shower. One of the complimentary water bottles was provided in the refrigerator along with a bottle that someone had already drunk from.

Shilla Monogram Gangneung Residence
I made a Pine View reservation and visited. I was a bit worried because there were no reviews for the room I reserved, but I was thankful to be upgraded to an ocean view at check-in. The actual ocean view was very beautiful, and the view was great, so I was very satisfied. There were reviews that check-in took a long time, but it was not crowded when I arrived, and the check-in time was short. Overall, I was very satisfied and could have an enjoyable trip.

Enjoyable trip
Consists of a hotel and a residence. Everything was satisfactory in this clean and luxurious new hotel. I wish there was a sky lounge like Kasia in Sokcho. I did not use the breakfast, so I do not know. Convenient parking. I arrived 30 minutes early for a 3 o'clock check-in, but they kindly proceeded with the check-in. There are separate rooms for aerobic and strength training, but they are a bit small. Half of the trip is a good accommodation. It was a very comfortable and happy trip as it was close to the beach, quiet, and had a good view.
