- • We were on the 6th floor and sometimes had to wait a long time for the elevator. If we were on the 2nd floor, we could easily take the stairs

- • The confusion about which garage we could park in. We called twice and were told Indigo. So we parked in the Indigo garage but this turned out to be the wrong one. Apparently, the new girl who answered the phone earlier did not know that there were two Indigo garages and which one the hotel had parking in. Moved the car immediately after check-in but had to pay €2.50 for 15 minutes!
