The structure is welcoming, it feels like being at home. You have your own room with private facilities. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen with everything you need from dishes, glasses, appliances, tea, coffee, sugar. The guy who was always there in the structure was always available in every way and in every situation, ready to meet all my needs. The location is very central, 200 m from the center, with a spectacular terrace where you can see the hot air balloons every morning. Within a 200 m radius, every service is excellent in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. The lady was always there every day cleaning. Highly recommended to everyone. Greetings from Italy.

The hotel was in a great location. It was close to everything but in a quiet area. There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by. It was good for tours as they picked up right outside the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a lovely roof terrace for watching the balloons. The bed was comfortable. There are kitchen facilities for making food.

- • The WiFi connection was poor at times and didn’t work on the balcony or roof terrace. The walls are not soundproofed so you can hear other guests' movements. I was woken at 4-5am by other guests getting up for hot air balloons. The shower head was directly over the sink so it was difficult to shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. The bathroom is very small with a glass door so there is no privacy if you are sharing a room.
Everything impeccable!! A beautiful terrace where you can see the balloons at sunrise. And the location is excellent!!!

Great value for money, just a few steps from the Goreme bus station, very convenient to go anywhere. It's not too far to walk to see the hot air balloons in the morning.

- • The toilet is very narrow, the shower will spray the toilet, but considering this price, it is still acceptable.
Perfect stay in Goreme
We had a wonderful stay in Cappadocia! The location was perfect—close to the center and within easy walking distance of plenty of places to eat. It was also a great base for exploring and trekking around the beautiful local area. One of the highlights was the terrace, which had an amazing view of the famous Cappadocia balloons in the morning. The host was also very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to answer any questions we had and make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, a great location, beautiful views, and a lovely place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

The right choice in Goreme!
The host was very welcoming. He allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated because we were very tired. At check-out, he allowed us to leave our luggage in the property because our flight was in the late evening. Also, after the check-out time, we were able to use the shared bathroom for a quick shower. It's not easy to find such a helpful and humane host. Thanks to him, we also saved a lot on the hot air balloon flight. In general, the property is super central, you can quickly reach all the attractions (we had rented a car and always found free parking right outside the house), the bed was very comfortable, and the terrace is the ultimate relaxation spot, among the evening lights of Goreme. I really recommend this property.
