- • Beach towels were not provided on the beach, only at the hotel near the pool. Had to buy towels for the beach because of this for 2 days. The elevator broke on the day of departure, had to carry suitcases up the stairs from the 3rd floor. Friday and Saturday were very noisy parties under the windows, but this is not the hotel's fault.

- • Noisy, windows do not close, although there is a key on the balcony door, but it is not clear what it is for. The windows are not sealed and let in all the noise. Do not expect anything more from breakfast, you will still be hungry, the worst breakfast I have seen, stingy and cheap, would have been better off eating at a nearby cafe.

The location is excellent — right by the waterfront, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is quite new, clean, and well-maintained. We stayed in a suite, which had nice furniture, was spotless, and featured a fantastic king-size bed with ambient lighting. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The room had everything we needed: a proper refrigerator (not the tiny hotel type that barely cools anything), mugs, a kettle, instant coffee, tea, towels, plates, and useful extras such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. Overall, the room was very well equipped. Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel: eggs, sausages, cheese, vegetables, and seasonal fruit. The selection was not huge, but there was enough variety to start the day well and no one would leave hungry. There is also a nice swimming pool on the hotel grounds

- • The location is both the hotel’s biggest advantage and its biggest drawback. The nearby restaurants and bars create a great atmosphere during the day and early evening. However, as the night progresses, the amount of alcohol consumed by visitors increases noticeably, and the area turns into a competition of loud music, shouting, and whistling. This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is something future guests should be aware of. Whether you want to or not, you will be part of the nightlife experience. If you prefer peace and quiet or are traveling with small children, this may not be the best choice. A small suggestion for the hotel: please consider providing earplugs in the rooms
