The open-air bath was great.

👎 Disliked
- • At check-in, they said there would be bath towels at the large bath, but there were none. They mentioned there would be drinks and snacks at the salon, but there was nothing in the evening. Even though the hotel staff explained the services, they were not provided. It's a 100% service to faithfully adhere to the services provided by the hotel. Customers are expecting more than that. It was very disappointing even though it's not a cheap accommodation fee. I don't think I will repeat unless there are improvements. The food lacks creativity. The taste was average. Very disappointing.
Extremely large room. 2 floors with a ladder! It will be challenging if your luggage is big & heavy.
Great restaurants.

Amazing stay in Hakodate.
From the moment the lovely lady Soe with a welcoming smile greeted me at the front desk, I was very pleased to have decided to stay at Bourou Noguchi Hakodate. The room was wonderful, and the private Onsen very relaxing. The dinner and breakfast were amazing.
