A very good break in a well-located hotel despite the absence of a real second bed.
Excellent welcome with a little help for luggage upon arrival, that is really very friendly and the impression of documents on demand.

- • Despite the friendly name of the presidential suite, I think they all refrained from coming because the extra bed was terrible for the back.
Best stay in Tulum!
Everything. The front office staff is world class! Daniella, Areli, and Henry are just amazing. They gave us directions, saved money on our Casa Tortuga Cenote tour, helped our kids. They have 2 cute cats that stay away from you. But our kids loved playing with them. Pool is fantastic - has a jungle vibe. The location is amazing, OXO next door, 711 across the street, 2 supermarkets right across the street.

The courtyard is like a dream, my room was tidy and decorated fashionably. The host Daniela made my stay even more memorable.

Delighted
The kindness and professionalism of the people who work there is the best, but I was also delighted with my room and the pool among palm trees. There was always someone at reception, which makes things much easier, and besides having a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, there are restaurants and bars a few steps away. You can walk everywhere and for the ruins and cenotes, there is transportation on the next street.
