Amazing stay with extremely helpful staff, would stay again
Staff are amazing here. So so helpful and answered any questions we had. Rooms are lovely and have huge beds that are really comfortable. Great air conditioning too. The pool is a great addition.

- • There was an issue with the water one of the nights unfortunately so we couldn’t use the shower, toilet or taps. Was fixed the next day though.

- • worst hotel in my 3-week trip to Mexico. The only one where I was afraid to step into the shower without flip-flops. Construction next door (a huge building, you can high-five the workers without leaving the hotel). The rented bikes are junk. One had a piece of metal sticking out of the saddle, and the handlebars were coming off the other. I paid for two days, but left after one.
The staff is very pleasant, attentive. The hotel is a green cocoon in the middle of the city, we had a great time there.

- • The presidential suite is not really worth its price but those are the prices of Tulum... but lots of daylight which forces an early wake-up, a bit noisy at night like in the center of Tulum, no breakfast unlike what is shown in the photos

Absolutely recommendable for discoveries around Tulum. Very nice hosts with cats!
We felt comfortable immediately. The rooms are very small but absolutely sufficient. Bonus point for the cute cats living on the premises. Value for money is great! They also offer discounted prices for nearby cenotes.

- • A small safe in the room would be nice. Since there was a sign, it may also be that it is currently being replaced or not available. Also, there is currently construction next door. We were openly told that it is unpredictable when work will be done there. The property is not to blame for this. You can't hear anything in the evening/night, and during the day we were out - so it didn't bother us, but earplugs might be useful.

- • I booked a room with a King-size bed and upon arrival, I was given a room with two Twin beds and was told I had to pay an extra fee to have a room with a King-size bed. That's dishonest. Ps: I had no water in the morning (for any of the facilities requiring it...) Ps 2: The door handle left enough space for insects to pass through. (When I tried to kill a mosquito, it escaped through the space between the door and the handle)
Really nice place
Super comfy bed and nice bathroom, gorgeous outside area to chill in. Really nicely done up. A better room than the one I booked was available so they let me stay there. The lady on reception was lovely!
