Fantastic, we felt like royalty
The room was spotlessly clean and smelled very good. All sanitary facilities worked perfectly, just as we know it in Germany and nowhere else during our Morocco vacation. The ventilation/AC ran very quietly, and we didn't hear anything from the other guests. The bed was a dream, we slept wonderfully. The facility is very well maintained, with very nice pool areas. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and helpful. And the breakfast, Hallelujah, was superb. The Japanese restaurant was very tasty.

- • The price of 400€ per night was already very high, so we could only stay for two nights. The food in the restaurants was also very expensive. At Beef and Reef, we ate upon arrival. The paella for 490 Dirham was totally oversalted and tasted only of smoke, for the price, I would have expected natural ingredients. Sometimes the service was a bit too much for us. I can push my own chair away from the table when I want to sit down and move my own sun umbrella to lie in the shade. But well, others may like it that way. We found the music in the Japanese restaurant very loud.
It was a special time. The staff is wonderful!!! I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed.

The exceptional staff. Kindness, gentleness, professionalism, care in everything. I even got a birthday cupcake. And when I talk about the staff, it ranges from the housekeepers to the gatekeepers. Everyone was wonderful.
