- • Negative points: no minibar and few daily attentions in the room. Apart from three apples, no small local attention (pastries, Moroccan sweets, flowers, etc.), which seems quite limited for an establishment of this standing. Quite cold welcome at check-in. It would be nice to offer a glass of water or something else upon guests' arrival. Presentation of hotel facilities is nonexistent.
An exceptional stay in a beautiful setting
I had an exceptional stay at Fairmont Taghazout! Everything was beautiful, from the warm welcome of Mr. Nordine to the quality of the care provided by all the staff. A big thank you also to Amine for his excellent service during lunch at Beef & Reef, as well as to Faysal for dinner at Morimoto. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness, professionalism, and this wonderful experience!

- • Regarding the negative points, honestly, everything was almost perfect! Having sunscreen available near the pools would be a very appreciable additional service. I also found the prices of the restaurants a bit excessive compared to the dishes offered.

- • The room is spacious indeed but the furniture is degraded, a completely damaged bedside table. Scratches on the wallpaper of the wall. The minibar consists of only 6 cans of sodas!! Having visited the beef&reef restaurant and the tapa wine bar in the past, I find that the quality of the dishes and service has deteriorated considerably. Many servers standing with crossed arms while we wait for the menu or a drink... Finally, the Spa is unworthy of a 5-star hotel. One cannot even call it a Spa. Access to the sauna and jacuzzi is only possible by booking a massage which, moreover, is mediocre. The reception and service level of the spa is unworthy of a fairmont and deserves a real upgrade.
