- • Pools without music, all day it is quiet and boring, occasionally there is an hour-long music program. There are several pools, they should separate them for relaxation and fun. Very poor wifi, often disconnects and is slow
Everything was perfect. The hotel complex is beautiful. The gardens and pools are perfectly maintained. The restaurants are very good. The staff is always attentive and particularly pleasant

I must say that this is the sixteenth time I have been to the Red Sea, and this is by far the most complete structure I have stayed in: a wonderful sandy beach very well maintained, a structure taken care of in every detail, professional, kind and always smiling staff, varied and quality cuisine, we felt pampered and spoiled. At the reception Ahmed and Hady, who speaks Italian very well, is ready to satisfy your every request and make you feel at home, a thank you to everyone for the wonderful stay, see you soon

- • Everything was fine at the pool, having snacks like nuts with the drinks would be nice, but you can survive without them too
Fabulous vacations in Mars Alam
Really recommended resort, we had a great time! Brand new structure, excellent location, very kind staff and large and well-kept spaces. The food is also excellent, from the buffet to the à la carte restaurants. Beautiful seaside spot, with turtles and dugongs and access also from the shore. Also recommended for children: slides, swimming pools, descending sea. Special thanks to all the staff and in particular to Ahmed at the reception, for his kindness and efficiency! He helped us find a small scarab lost in the taxi to the airport, and get it to Italy. Super!! Thank you so much!!
