Sleepless in Celtic Hotel
Leaking roof, contacted reception no one available at 22:00 hours and complained in the morning, was told manager would call me back, he did not!

- • Didn't feel they had seats for us in the bar as it was busy serving food and nowhere to just sit and have a drink.
The first night we stayed before our holiday the rooms were great, staff great everything super clean we had no problem at all.

- • When we got back from our holiday we were given a room that shouldn't have been used. It had a leak with a bucket in the middle of the floor with the beds all pushed into a corner and it stank. After complaining there were no rooms to move to so had no choice but to sleep in it. We have since been robbed off said manager wasn't available then told we'd be called and emailed but radio silence since. Customer service is appalling
