Beautiful location, one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of Rome. A stone's throw from Villa Borghese and Via Veneto. Ancient and elegant building, well-maintained structure, spacious room equipped with everything. Kind and professional staff. Really great address!

- • The noise from other guests in the early morning, as it is not a hotel as expected by me, it is more like a big flat with many rooms on the same floor, in addition to very thin walls, every morning I wake up from children noise & chair movement & a very strange sound most of the time from the bathroom! In addition, I checked out early morning at 8:30 am on my last day & left my luggage, so I gave my room key to the housekeeping as there was nobody at the reception as the employees came at 9 am until & pm! But there are entrance keys to enter the building, the housekeeping insisted to take them & I preferred to keep them with me till I come back at 11 am, at the end I let them with me, then I received a message to bring the keys till 12 pm although I checked out before the check-out time! The housekeeping lady didn’t understand English, she thought I will come back at 2 pm! In addition, the location of this Pinciana is overrated on booking as I have to walk on a very high ascent road, & escalate all the Spanish steps to go to the hotel, so It was very exhausting.

- • The room, for my needs (sleeping one night, having arrived quite late - 10 pm - to go the next day to a work appointment), was fine. But if a customer had to spend a few daytime hours there, perhaps they would have something to complain about. In fact, the room was illuminated only by a small window (70x40 cm) which furthermore opens onto an internal corridor of the building.
