I can accept the poor environment. But cannot accept the bad attitude.
There is a curfew. You can enter at night using the key card. But the elevator does not require a key card. Anyone can use it.

- • The quality of the staff needs to be improved. Especially the older ones. On the first day, their attitude was not good. The next day, when I asked why the breakfast was not included as booked online, and why it was more expensive without prior notice, her response was: 'Well, now I'm telling you.' Next is cleanliness. The slippers, walls, and toilets were not clean. To be honest, the female dormitory is better than the normal double room.
Not a bad place to rest your tired legs after a day exploring Seoul.

The same guest gacha was a failure, looking forward to the next time.
The location is good. Two stations are available, and there are many bus stops. If you walk a bit, there is an E-mart and a very nice coffee shop where you can relax. I would stay here again for this shop! I stayed in a female-only dormitory, which had roll curtains, proper stairs, and three shower and toilet booths accessible only from the room. You change into slippers after taking off your shoes, so the floor is clean. You can also store your luggage under the bed. There is a foldable box in the shower booth to prevent items from getting wet, and there is a mirror and a small storage shelf in front of the booth for placing items. I think you can't flush toilet paper, but it was clean and well-maintained. There is a water purifier in front of the room, so you can refill your tumbler or bottle there. It's reassuring that there is always someone at the reception. It would be even better if there were no people smoking in front of the hotel!

- • The room was too hot. I couldn't find the air conditioner remote control. I don't know if the air conditioner was broken or turned off, but the air was heavy, and there was no ventilation. I could only ventilate when opening the shower room door. If there had been better air circulation, I would have rated it higher. The surrounding area is nice during the day, but a bit scary at night. You need to be careful when walking alone. Depending on the guests of the day, I complained when a roommate started playing music in the shower room around midnight. There are rules that showers and hair dryers should be used until 10 or 11 o'clock (it's written and posted everywhere). I understand that it was hot that day and they wanted to take a shower, but playing loud Latin music was not acceptable. I was woken up and disturbed by another person who started showering and making noise with their luggage around 3 a.m. I couldn't relax at all. It was very quiet at other times, but only noisy during sleeping hours. I think I just had bad luck. It might be different if you stay in a private room, praying for thick walls (perfect soundproofing) 🙏 There were many Latin guests bringing a lot of alcohol... It might have been a noisy day even in a private room.

- • Small room. Toilet paper cannot be flushed. Rooms are not soundproof. But good value for the money.
One female staff member at breakfast had a terrible attitude. The bathroom in the room splashes water onto the floor and next to the toilet, it's terrible, even putting towels on the floor still results in a pool of water. There were bugs on the bed!! After reporting, they just said they couldn't do anything and asked if we wanted the room cleaned or to switch to the same floor next door...
It's too inconvenient and tiring to walk more than ten minutes to the subway station.
