The hotel is magnificent and very modern, the staff is excellent, thanks to the bar manager Mr. Moaaz who is very professional, thanks to Ahmed and Mohamed at the pool bar and to Abdallah for his magnificent cocktails, the pools are clean and well-maintained, the beach is also very clean, thanks to Chef Ramses for his extraordinary dishes at the Basilico restaurant and thanks to the entire animation team, very good hotel

Everything🤩🤩 From the beginning of our stay, Mr. Kaoud offered us an upgrade to a junior suite with direct access to the spacious and very comfortable pool. Each buffet meal was varied, well presented and good, and we were able to dine at the two à la carte restaurants. The beach is large and well equipped with comfortable sunbeds. Numerous pools allow everyone to find a cocooning space or a more active one with aquagym sessions or entertainment. In the evening, various animations or shows are offered. The staff is caring and courteous whether at meals, maintenance, green spaces, or reception, thanks to them who, not speaking our language, always had a smile. The green spaces that adorn the hotel are very pleasant and well-maintained. In short, a place to recharge and enjoy the sun. I recommend this resort and will come back.

Very nice and clean resort. The staff was always helpful and extremely friendly - we felt comfortable. The food was very tasty and digestible. The room was also very nice and clean.

- • The air conditioning in the room. It was extremely warm at night and the temperature could not be adjusted.
The stay was excellent! The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very relaxing.

Amazing stay
The whole vibe feels luxurious and calm, it was our honeymoon and we had an unforgettable stay thanks to the hotel’s generous GM Mr. Sherif. Also many thanks to Mr. Ramadan, the GR manager, who was very welcoming and constantly checked in on us. As a couple that enjoys drinks and is addicted to morning coffee, we really enjoyed all our drinks made by Sherif el sheikh from the FB team.

Great hotel and staff
We loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay, the food was amazing throughout the vacation, the Basilico restaurant had the best steak dish and fettuccine mushroom ❤️ also had the best chicken sweet and sour in the Manzoku restaurant. We enjoyed the shisha on the beach managed by Mr. Hassan. The entertainment shows were very enjoyable, especially the international show and the fire show, but the oriental show needs another belly dancer 😂 Also thanks to Mustafa the bellman, each ride was so fun.
