Fantastic stay between diving and great hospitality!
Excellent structure, spacious and clean rooms with all comforts. Varied dining options with a wide selection of international and local dishes every day. Very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. Coral reef from the jetty although there is a possibility to swim in the lagoon. Special mention to the diving center, very well organized. Thanks to Selim for the excellent spots!!!

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting. The furniture is very classy, high-end. The hotel lighting at night is also top-notch. The service from the staff is perfect, including the reception. Always a little attention at the pool, the sun loungers are also very good, as well as the food and cocktails. Plenty of space at the pool even at the end of July and very few people in the pools so very enjoyable. For families, there may be slightly fewer activities than in other hotels (or no slides) but it was not a problem for 4 nights and there are still activities, especially in the evening. But it's more of a hotel for adults I think. A hotel to go to with your eyes closed.

- • As we already knew, there is nothing around the hotel, but it didn't bother us. The only negative point was that the pool party was not enjoyable at all. We like music and partying but with children, we didn't appreciate such loud volume until 11:30 pm at the upper pool which is supposed to be quiet. The party was where the accommodations for families are located. It would have been better to do this at the lower pool. Even inside the room, everything vibrated because of the bass. I think a pool party could be done with less sound and maybe stop the noise at 11 pm.

I really liked the clean and comfortable rooms, the swimming pool, the variety of food, and the friendly and helpful animation team. Overall, the property has a pleasant atmosphere and good facilities for a relaxing stay. I actually planned it a month ago and it deserves to be the best hotel in Marsa Alam.

The staff are very friendly, accommodating our every request, nice and polite. The food was good, especially in the Italian restaurant. The rooms are very nice and always kept clean.

- • All pools are very deep. Not one pool was of average depth, not one pool was 130-140 cm deep. Only one pool (the jacuzzi) was 100 cm deep. All other pools were 155 cm and above, with the absence of a sandy beach, which was a problem.
5 stars only for the title, stay away!!!
The location, although far from the airport, is very convenient for excursions like Sharm El Huli, Hamata Islands. The structure is beautiful if it weren't ruined by the incompetence of most of the staff working there. Worth mentioning are Mahmoud who works at the bar near the reception in the evening, Ahmad Jamal who works at the bar near the reception in the morning, Magdy and the staff of Basilico, and last but not least Tarek who, along with Bob (the camel), made us smile every day and is truly a nice person. The food is average but repetitive, at least we didn't get sick. They are very attentive to food hygiene. Very nice jetty, if you stay right by the shore you can even swim from there on high tide days.

- • One would need to write a book, the rooms are very nice but the details are not up to a 5-star standard. Flaws and rust in various corners of the room, especially in the bathroom (maintenance is needed). Very well-kept common areas but then the cushions of the outdoor spaces' sofas and also the cushions of the room's sun loungers are not cleaned (full of stains, even the towels). The reception staff is pathetic, I particularly want to mention the name of Mahmoud (if that's his name since as soon as we had problems, his only concern and care was to remove his name tag so as not to receive a negative review in his name). To those checking out, be careful! They will ask you to rate your stay but then, pretending to handle the tablet, if it's not high, they will change it to their liking and sign on your behalf. Too bad it didn't work out for them this time! Apart from this, the staff is mostly rude and inexperienced (talking about you in Arabic knowing you don't understand and making fun of you) and unable to speak English, which is unacceptable in a 5-star resort. Animation is practically non-existent, monotonous and boring. The beautiful structure is not enough, especially for the price paid. Choose another one!
