The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the Abu Simbel Temple, the facilities are very good, and the best part is the staff, super nice and welcoming people. They also have a restaurant and the food is delicious. We recommend it 100%. Thank you for everything!

Good
Location is a 5-minute walk to the Abu Simbel Temple. We visited the temple three times during the day, night, and morning, and because it is so close, there is no need to waste money on taxi fares. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works well, the staff is polite, and we had dinner here. The meal was excellent, and the billing was very clear. They were accommodating to my poor English by using translation apps.

- • To Japanese people, the water facilities may seem a bit dirty, but in Egypt, they are considered clean.
Owner Tarek provides excellent service and hospitality. It takes an 8-minute walk to the Abu Simbel ticket office. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the chicken tagine was truly delicious and impressive.

- • If the water facilities could be improved, it would be perfect. There is a sewer smell, no hot water, and the lighting is dim. If these are improved, it will be a perfect 100-point accommodation.

Location perfect for Abu Simbel temple, friendly staff
Location is perfect, just a 10 to 12 minutes walk to the Abu Simbel temple complex. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered some interesting local options, including the sound and light show and boat rides at sunrise and sunset. We took the sunset boat ride and got some interesting photographs of Abu Simbel seen from the water. The omelettes at breakfast were delicious and about the best that we have ever had! The bathroom facilities were very modern, including remarkable controls for the shower. Our room had a domed ceiling!

Overall, it was the worst accommodation experience, including transportation arrangements. The hotel receives a rating of 1 point, the lowest. The chef's service with the Molokhia soup at the restaurant dinner was excellent, so I will give 1 point to the chef. I will never stay here again.
The hotel room itself was an ordinary, clean budget accommodation. Without a partition, the entire bathroom gets wet, but there is plenty of hot water. The staff was generally kind. The restaurant food was very delicious.

- • The problem occurred after check-out. I had reserved a minivan to Aswan hotel between 9-10 am for 1000 pounds per person (about 3000 yen). However, around 9:30, the receptionist said that the car had left without picking me up. The 1000 pounds were refunded. The hotel staff took me to the bus stop (I paid 50 pounds for the tuk-tuk), and I asked them to take me to Aswan for 300 pounds (about 900 yen) by a local shared bus. They said they would drop me off at the Aswan hotel. When I asked the driver at the bus stop using Google Translate, he said the bus wouldn't depart until there were 10 people. After waiting for 2 hours and by noon, there were still only 5 passengers, including me. The driver started negotiating with me, saying that the bus wouldn't depart until there were 15 people, but if I paid 2000 pounds, it would leave immediately. Even though he had said 10 people earlier, the conversation did not go well with Google Translate. After a weak negotiation, I ended up paying 30 dollars (about 4800 yen) to depart. The bus interior (clearly not for 15 people) had no air conditioning, was hot, cramped, smelled of gasoline, and one passenger was smoking. After spending an extra 2 hours and paying 30 dollars for this, I felt frustrated and disappointed. They dropped me off in front of the Aswan hotel. I am truly filled with unpleasant feelings.
