Over all is good due to easy access and near to the place we wanted to go.
The location is nearby to Tanjong Tokong and Batu Feringhi as Gaia hotel is situated in between this two areas. It looks like old building but is still okay.

- • The carpet at the back towards the staircase smells bad, should change. Pillow on the double bed room at the ground floor is a bit hard.

- • The Bangladeshi staff are unfriendly and rude. The Indian male staff on 4/7/26 are friendly and helpful when I complained about the room I booked having a bad smell. But when entering a new room, there were other issues like the air conditioner leaking from check-in to check-out hahahha but I was too lazy to complain and change rooms so just stayed.
