- • Upon arrival, I was checked into a different room as it was the only one available, and I had to pay extra for that night. The following day, I was moved to another room which was smaller and lacked basic amenities such as a fridge, which was disappointing. Additionally, arranging transportation through the hotel was inconvenient, as taxis took a long time to arrive and were often not on time.

Incredible location & clean, comfortable rooms. But this is 2nd time I experienced bad service.
Location is incredible, steps from Dona Paula waterfront; and the rooms are always clean & comfortable.

- • This is second time I've stayed and experienced poor customer service. I wanted to give them a second chance after the first bad experience, because of the great location and nice rooms. But they don't seem to know how to treat solo female travelers -- I received a faulty scooter rental the first time, and this time I was told the colleague I booked the room with was not allowed to enter my room because he was male. After I returned to the room alone, they called me and knocked on my door past 10pm at night, to count the number of guests I had in my room (I'd paid for 3 of us to stay there). If you're going to morally police your guests, you should say so upfront, and not take our money first.
