I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, beautifully curated rooms with a strong attention to detail. The architecture, materials, and lighting create a warm experience. The location is excellent, allowing you to fully enjoy Oaxaca, and the staff was always kind and attentive

- • Overall, the experience was very positive. If anything, there are small opportunities to reduce the use of salt in your breakfast, as at times it felt too much
Incredibly beautiful hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed, quiet yet located right in the center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would come back anytime. Breakfast was also very delicious. Price/performance top!

I don’t have bath towels in my room - I didn’t have time to ask for them so I used the robe

- • No hot water - there was an issue with the hot water that was not fixed on time for me. I only stayed one night and I needed to shower by 9 am

Very nice staff and the location was incredibly close to all artisanal stores. Plus, the included breakfast hit the spot

- • The sound does travel inside the open lobby, so sometimes loud with people/housekeeping moving about early AM if you want to sleep in
