- • I didn't like that it takes a long time to check you in,,,, we wasted an hour and a half of our trip, and when they finally are going to assign the rooms, there is no order,, guests keep arriving and cut in line, and if they assign the rooms... It should be done in order of arrival out of respect for others' time....

- • Facilities very old and poorly maintained. Old and broken furniture. Both the outdoor facilities, the room, and the bedding and bathroom linens were dirty. Used sheets and towels!! The WiFi didn't work at all. The air conditioning made a terrible noise. After spending one night, we decided to look for another accommodation and leave after talking to the managers. They promised to refund the reservation money, but we have been chasing them for a month by email and phone and they wash their hands of it. If you can, avoid it!!

- • It is a hotel that needs a lot of maintenance, the rooms we were assigned smelled of humidity, the air conditioning and fan were yellow from age, the furniture broken, the DUOVENT glass windows in one of the rooms do not close. In the pool, there were people drinking a lot of alcohol and playing loud music without respecting that there were children (not a 100% family-friendly environment). They changed one of the rooms for me because the AC was not working, in the replacement room there were stains, cobwebs, the sink key was rusty and it was a kitchen sink key. In my special request, I asked for a ground floor room, close to the entrance, because older people would occupy it. They assigned us a ground floor room but far from the reception, they had to walk a lot. We found cobwebs and cockroaches in many areas of the hotel. Overall very bad.

- • It has no phone, a very small screen that fails a lot, the reception staff very rude and disrespectful, they welcome you as if they are doing you a favor, they want to clean your room at 9 in the morning

- • Customer service at the reception without cordiality. The price-service ratio is bad, you don't get what you pay for. They wanted to give me a room in very bad condition, if you don't pay attention, they leave you there, I complained and they changed it, however, the room, although slightly better, was in very bad condition, stone beds, old furniture, the toilet had a sterilization seal but it was questionable, I killed a couple of cockroaches and saw salamanders, in short, total disappointment. The photos on booking are not what you receive.
