- • Unfortunately, everything can be heard from neighboring units and corridors, so if you are unlucky with rude other residents of the building, they will wake you up.

- • Environment, especially the area around the recommended tram stop, is not very nice. However, once you enter the inner block, everything is clean and new. Next time, I would rather bring my own soap, etc.
