Very well located and nice staff to support you.
The location is excellent, situated just a few meters from the Long Bien bus station, which offers connections to the airport and various tourist spots in Hanoi. There is a supermarket right across the street, and street food is available at night. It is also close to bus stops for tours to Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, Sapa, and other destinations. The bed is spacious, with nearby lighting and power outlets, and there are lockers for suitcases and backpacks. Breakfast is included and served on the rooftop. The hostel staff are very attentive and helpful, assisting with tour bookings and local tips.

- • The main issue was the reception staff named Faizal who is from India (Goa), who was extremely unfriendly toward Indian travelers. His name is Faizal and he made negative comments about India and even said he was ashamed to be Indian. As an Indian guest, I found this very uncomfortable and disrespectful. A Vietnam hostel should welcome travelers regardless of nationality. Very poor experience with the reception staff.

- • There should be common rules for the community; Guests on the upper floor are noisy, hanging pants, socks on the stairs, towels hung randomly, the room has a strong odor :(
