- • I was robbed from the room and the explanation is that since I didn't put it in the safe they couldn't do anything. I wonder what kind of hotel I stayed in, as if to say, be prepared to be robbed for not keeping it in the safe.

- • The reception was very delayed and the people were lost with the reservation. Even though I had problems with my card, they should have solved it more quickly and efficiently, and at the check-out also not so good attention.
Having a charger for electric cars was a surprise. Apart from that, it is an excellent hotel for its green areas, rooms, different family recreation options within the hotel, the food is excellent and plentiful. The breakfasts are spectacular.

- • I find it somewhat expensive and I would love for the pool water to be heated, but I think it is very expensive due to the number of pools. For that, they have large jacuzzis. It's just a personal thing that I don't like cold water, but I still bathed in the pools and enjoyed them. I would definitely come back whenever I can.
