I think the apartment was beautiful. however the maintenance issues really upset our stay

- • On our first night the air conditioners switched off and did not work. The Saturday morning the stove and oven did not work. The braai also ran out of gas. Whilst gas was provided it was inconvenient - one would expect this to be checked. Whilst I appreciate that the establishment moved us on Saturday night when there was no hot water - it was rather inconvenient and I was seriously considering leaving that evening.

Great location, security. Had a braai Saturday and everything was in the unit. Will be back.

- • Flat no 10 needs a deep clean. Drawer in bedroom broken and fell to the floor. Braai was not clean. Patio and patio furniture very dirty.. Carpets in bedroom downstairs sticky with dirt. Couldn't walk barefoot. Rug in lounge very dirty. Lounge suite needs to be replaced or re upholstered. Also needed a clean.Downstairs bathroom has mold. I have been a regular at this establishment for about 30 yrs. First time I experienced this. Spoke to reception lady and was told that she has been trying to get the maintenance guy in to see to the apartment
