- • We are very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. After paying the full amount, the staff kept disturbing us with early morning calls and asking us to meet the manager because of smoking. We already requested a smoking room, but they did not provide one. Because of all this unnecessary drama, we decided to leave the hotel. We came here to relax, not to feel like we are in jail. When we said we wanted to leave, they told us there would be no refund. We accepted that, even though we already lost more than 10,000 rupees. But after that, they still charged us an extra 2,000 rupees, which is very unfair. The manager was very greedy and cunning. Once they take your money, they keep disturbing you instead of giving good service. This was a very bad experience, and we do not recommend this hotel.
