The room was very nice, big and clean. The hotel is in a central position, close to the main square. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options.

Classic older style hotel in the centre of the town. The staff were very helpful when our bus to Bolivia was cancelled and we needed advice and to stay another night.

- • The area around the hotel is not so nice, but that's Puno! It seems reasonably safe though and there are a few nice parts.

I loved everything! The room, the location, the staff! On the last day, we were going to leave early and wouldn't have time for breakfast, so they already prepared 2 boxes for us to eat on the way!!
