For one night in the center, everything is okay :)
We were only there for one night, everything was great. Room was quite large, beds okay, everything was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center, which is very convenient.

- • Just minor things: the water in the sink of our bathroom did not drain properly or very slowly, as the plug seemed to be jammed somehow and there was no lever to lift it up, sometimes there was a strange smell from the drains and there were one or two unhygienic-looking stains on the bottom of the bathtub, but nothing serious.

Good hotel, comfortable and modern, well located. Excellent breakfast, prepared exceptionally from 5 am in the morning due to a very early departure for the continuation of the trip.

- • An error in the reservation (booking? The hotel? Ourselves?) which meant there was no bed for our 7-year-old daughter. And no room available with a 3rd bed. It took a bit of insistence to find a solution with a mattress and blanket in a normal double room where we slept well.
Comfortable stay and very relaxing place.
There are 2 locations for Hacienda Puno very close to each other. We stayed at the 2nd one a few minutes' walk from Plaza Mayor. Very convenient location, places to eat nearby but also away from all the noise in Plaza Mayor. Good breakfast and enjoyed our stay.

- • Unfortunately, you can hear the street a lot and it gets very cold at night. The hairdryer was not really usable.
Great value for money.
Breakfast on the 6th floor was good. The bathroom was very spacious (2 sinks), the room was comfortable, included a desk and wardrobe. The hotel is dated, but everything was clean and well maintained.
