It seemed strange to me that for the price they charged, there was no breakfast service and the bar was not open that day, nor was there water available

- • The hotel is very nice but the service is very bad, no breakfast or bar service... very bad experience. I had to go to another hotel that charged less and had breakfast and was oceanfront. The hotel was called b Cozumel
Comfortable rooms
The room is very large, modern furniture and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is nice. The location is very close to the ferry, which allows you to move easily.

- • Only the parking is small, and if you don't find a spot there, it's very difficult to park outside. Having the option to add breakfast would be great!

Worth it for those who want quiet, clean and friendly staff
Very clean, inviting, new place, friendly staff that helped and was friendly. Small pool with a sea view. They even provided parking with a gate for motorcycles.

- • I would give it a 10 if it weren't for a few strict rules, like the fact that smoking is not allowed at all in the building (not even on the balcony or in the open restaurant), or absolute inflexibility in all kinds of small regulations. But for non-smokers, there would be no problem at all here
